Cras -Mélodies

This recording presents a selection of melodies ranging from original pieces dating from 1898 (Jean Cras was a young midshipman of the navy, just out of the Naval Academy, age 19), all the latest compositions for voice dating the same year of the composer's death in 1932. Which captures the evolution of a personality throughout his life, in its transformations as in its constants.
