Terms and conditions of use

Www.Maguelone.com site (the "Site") is an ecommerce site. It is published by the company MAGUELONE MUSIC ("Seller"), STEP, whose headquarters is established at 59 rue des Trois Frères - 75018 Paris, Siret 43362796500018. It is hosted by OVH, whose registered office is 2 rue Keller - 59100 Roubaix - France.
The site allows sellers to offer for sale, products to Internet Users on the Site. All orders for Products offered on the Website imply the consultation and express acceptance of these terms of sale without this acceptance is conditioned by a handwritten signature from the user. The validation of the order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. The User may save or print these terms and conditions of sale, provided, however, not change them. These general conditions of sale are valid from 1 January 2012. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. However the changes will apply to bookings and orders previously accepted and confirmed by the buyer. These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document. The user declares that he did not intend to resell the products purchased.

Orders IV

V Payments

Delivery VI
The products are delivered by the French post to the address specified by the Purchaser on the purchase order. Delivery will take place in an average of 2 to 10 days from the receipt of the purchase order and the delivery method chosen. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the delivery areas (France, Europe EEC, Eastern Europe, North America, other regions. VII Return and refund products
Products can be returned by the Buyer in strict compliance with the conditions and instructions below:
• Products must be returned in perfect condition for resale in their original state (packaging intact and unopened, accessories, manuals ...), and accompanied by the signed return.
• The seller accepts the return if it is returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of order by the Purchaser.
• The shipping cost of return shipment shall be borne by the Buyer except in the case of a nonconforming product or error in the references supplied. The return costs will be reimbursed in this case by the seller.
 
Instructions and return procedure:
• Use the original packaging or similar to return the product.

The risk associated with returning the product is borne by the Buyer. Failure to comply with the procedure and time limits specified, the Purchaser shall not make any claim for non-compliance or defect of goods delivered, the products then being deemed compliant and free from defect.
 
VIII Retraction
In the context of distance selling to consumers falling within the scope of the Act of July 14, 1991, as amended by Act of May 25, 1999, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within seven working days from the day following the day of delivery. Upon exercise of this option, the buyer will return to the seller the goods in their original condition at his own risk and at his own expense in light of the reimbursement of goods. The return and refund of products will be made provided that the instructions and return procedures described in paragraph 7 above are met. Reimbursement will be made by re-credit card within 15 days of receipt.
 
IX Responsibilities
The seller shall not be held liable for breach of contract in case of shortage or unavailability of the product due to a force majeure, strike or disruption of postal services and means of transport and / or communications . The seller shall not be held liable for any damages that may arise from the purchase of products. The seller assumes all responsibility: - for any site interruption or occurrence of "bugs" - for any errors or omissions in the information available on this site.
 
X Law and Jurisdiction
Conflicts over the conclusion, validity, interpretation or performance of the contract are governed solely by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of the head office of the seller are competent.
