Eugene Ysaye - Six Sonates pour Violon seul - Au Rouet…

Elle a joué en soliste avec l'Orchestre National de Lille, l'Orchestre des Concerts Lamoureux, l’Orchestre des Concerts Pasdeloup, le Sinfonia de Manchester, l'Orchestre National de Saint Petersbourg, l'Orchestre Symphonique “Simon Bolivar” de Caracas… Elle a fait la “une” de la presse en Norvège lors d’une tournée en récital et en soliste avec l'Orchestre de Stavanger. Elle a créé à Kiev le concerto pour violon de Renaud Gagneux avec l'Orchestre National de la Philharmonie d'Ukraine.
Marianne Piketty est régulièrement invitée dans les grandes salles de concert et les festivals : salle Pleyel, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, salle Gaveau, Festival de Radio-France et Montpellier, Festival de l’Orangerie de Sceaux, Flâneries Musicales de Reims, Festival Chopin, Festival de Saint Robert et Festival International d'Istanbul. Elle participe aux festivals Les Nuits musicales catalanes, NancyPhonies et Rencontre Musicale de Haute Provence où elle joue notamment avec la flûtiste Juliette Hurel et le violoncelliste Jean-Guihen Queyras. 
Marianne Piketty joue régulièrement en musique de chambre avec Eric Le Sage, Paul Meyer, Gilbert Audin, Laurent Verney, Xavier Phillips, Bernard Cazauran…

Marianne Piketty’s teachers have included Itzhak Perlman and Dorothy Delay and it shows. Not only is she rock-solid both technically and intonationally, but she also produces the most winning, golden-toned legato which forms the bedrock of these absorbing interpretations. Where others tend towards applying lashing of vertical pressure in these inscrutable scores, Piketty cushions any potential percussiveness, ensuring that the music retains a cantabile allure at all times. The one-movement Third Sonata is particularly challenging. Piketty creates the impression of the music having been composed in a single creative sweep, her glowing expressivo ensuring that even the most potentially awkward terrain sounds tonally beguiling. It’s a stunning performance that makes Michael Rabin’s high-octane EMI recording sound hard-driven and inflexible by comparison. Piketty’s account of the sixth sonata, with its wrist-cripping sequences of spiccato, 3rds and 10ths à la Paganini, turns this infamous technique-fest into a poetic outpouring, before a sublime rendering of the Franckian Au Rouet – with pianist Stéphanie Fontanarosa and glowingly recorded – rounds out an outstanding disc.
